1. Does Mountain House have packages that I am required to follow or certain vendors that I am required to hire?

We do have customized packages, and we do have rules and regs, however, we do not confine you to only our agenda! We have a creative philosophy and an extensive network of local and regional recommended vendors. If buffet-style is your preference, our excellent Chef will cater to your food needs, and set up the perfect spread. If plated is more your style and budget, our local "go to" caterer will exceed your expectations.

2. Do you have on-site accommodations?

Yes! The property has two large homes with on-site accommodations for up to 22 of your closest friends and family to enjoy. The well-appointed farmhouse, has 6 bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 guests. The post and beam lodge, has 3 bedrooms, a loft, Bridal Suite, and sleeps up to 12 as well.

3. Where can the wedding party get ready?

Your complimentary Bridal Suite has plenty of room for getting ready. Our most popular package, with both houses included, provides 1 house for the Groom and his guys to get ready, and the other house for the Bride and her girls to get ready.

4. What are the requirements surrounding alcohol for my event?

If you choose to serve alcohol at your event, our “Bar Service” will provide this to you. You decide whether to have a cash bar, or an open bar. Either option of bar service will include bartenders, our custom rustic bar, our 3 tap kegerator, design of the bar area with set-up and break-down, ice, garnishes, and mixers.

5. May I bring my pet to Mountain House?

We know your pet is the center of your universe, so we may allow you to include him or her in your ceremony. You must get prior written consent with Julie. No day or overnight pets allowed on or in the premises.

6. What is the price?

Our price ranges from $6995-12,500 including our Bridal Suite for getting ready, white high peak tent, tables, chairs, linens and all of your dinnerware. Bar service, catering, and day of coordinating and/or wedding planning services are customized. Pricing subject to change prior to booking. 7. Are there accommodations nearby for our overflow of guests?

Yes, within a 2-5 minute drive, there are numerous options for every one of your guests and family overflow. Julie can assist with this post booking. We also offer shuttle service to these nearby accommodations.
